Open an issue on the public repository — that's the fastest way to get a fix. Include the page URL, the time of the scan, and a screenshot if the issue is visual:

About bookings
Japan Flights does not book anything and does not handle payments. If you need to change, cancel, or refund a flight, contact the airline directly or the booking provider you used on Google Flights — they have the reservation, not us.

The site is intentionally non-commercial and is not affiliated with Google, any airline, or any online travel agency. We do not run sponsored placements, do not accept paid links, do not run affiliate programs, and do not sell aggregated data or scan history. Please use the GitHub profile link above for any inquiry that requires a reply.
Response time
This is a side project, not a service. Issues and messages are read whenever the maintainer has time, which is usually within a few days but occasionally longer during heavy travel weeks. Reports that include a clear reproduction case (specific URL, scan time, screenshot) tend to get resolved fastest because there is no separate triage step.
Security disclosure
If you spot a security issue (data leak, XSS, broken canonical, anything that affects users), please do not file a public issue. Open a private security advisory on the GitHub repository instead, or send a direct message via the developer's GitHub profile. The site has no user accounts and stores nothing, so the realistic attack surface is small, but coordinated disclosure is still appreciated.
